About HEC
The church on Hanworth Road
At HEC you will find a warm welcome and a commitment to encourage one another and to show the love of Jesus in our community.
Our Sunday morning services are structured yet informal with a congregation of friends from many countries around the world.
There are groups for children and young people during the service.
For information on when Sunday evening services occur please see the 'Regular activities' page.
We are strongly committed to prayer, worship, Bible teaching, evangelism, discipling and friendship.
In addition to our services, there are prayer meetings every Friday evening at 8:00pm, on Sundays at 10:30am, and on the last Tuesday of the month at 8:00pm.
Our Fellowship Group meetings during the week provide an opportunity for closer friendship, Bible study, worship and prayer.

We run clubs for children and teenagers, and social events for people of all ages, and get involved in local initiatives aimed at helping the homeless and others who are in need.
HEC belongs to the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches and the Evangelical Alliance and works together with other local evangelical churches.
We work to a regularly reviewed Safeguarding policy which can be accessed by contacting our Safeguarding Co-ordinators, details of which are in the Children and Youth section of this website.
